Over the spring we have been to Boundary Mill in Colne, where everyone had the chance to look around the many shops and enjoy lunch in the cafe. We have also had an afternoon of entertainment at Millstones and fish and chip lunch at the Mermaid restaurant in Morley.
In December we held a Christmas Party for 100 older people, where they had chance to meet Santa, see the Pocket Panto production of Mother Goose and enjoy a buffet lunch.

Today we are celebrating our 20th anniversary of providing services for older people in East Leeds. The scheme has grown considerably over the years thanks to the dedication of the staff, volunteers, community support and funding bodies. Over 100 people are joining us in the celebrations in Swarcliffe Community Centre.
